I take St. John's Wort and have for about a year now. In all honesty, I'm not convinced it is doing too much. I have read that in many countries St. John's Wort is the initial go to med for moderate depression. I also take vitamin D, 2-3 1000iu gell caps a day.
I am not sure I have noticed much one way or another to tell you the truth. That's not to say it wouldn't work for other people, but in my case I think it is a pretty minor improvement at best.
