You can get pro-hormones at GNC or the internet. They are basically weak and legal sterroids. I would strongly suggest that you don't because you don't know what your doing especially with that once every 3 days comment. Most are taken multiple times a day to space out the dosage.
Yep, with the androstacker type products you can get today, there is really no need for "real" steroids unless you have aims of competing in Mr. Olympia one day. I wouldn't go to GNC, though, unless you have money just burning holes in your pockets.

Get qualified advice from the weight training community, not the "I haven't left my bedroom in 32 hours yo! HEE HEE! I'm pissing in a bottle! Counter Strike PWNZ JOO!" community.

I say you're an idiot and should go see a doctor or dietician or personal trainer LONG before steroids are even an option.

You know that they shrink your privates, right?

Edit: At least from what I've heard from multiple people including two doctors. I'm not an expert.

A lot of bodybuilders are shorter... When you're 5'4", it takes a lot less effort to get huge than if you're 6'4".

I would recommend adding a calorie supplement to your diet.. They are basically like a protein shake, but they add about 600-1000 calories per shake. Keep taking the protein shakes too.

Also, start eating more carbs and more protein.. You say you don't eat that much - then start eating. Wake up, eat eggs. Then, take a shower and get dressed... and eat more eggs. Have a protein shake with that. Then, when you get home, protein shake, and eat meat.

Seriously, it's hard to eat more than your body wants, but it is the only way to get big. Putting a few pounds of fat on probby won't hurt you. Once you're working out, your body can convert it to muscle pretty quick.

You're trying to get bigger, why would you run 2 miles everyday? Whey protien isn't the solution either. It's just a supplement. You need to change your diet to the point where you need to be eating all the time.

find something right for you.

I have to agree with a few others here. It is very obvious that you have no idea what you are doing or are talking about. I suggest you do alot more research about body building. Get a subscription to muscle mag and start reading. There is a world of information in those pages of building muscle and weight training. You need to keep a few things in mind before starting steroids. Steriods are expensive!! They can cause liver damage, they can make you sterile (yes, can be for good), and they can also make you impotent. Your doctor can also tell you all of this if you decide to confide in him/her about your decision. When body building, 6 months is really not a long time at all to not see the results you want. Sounds like to me that you've got the want it all now syndrome. It takes time dude! Getting big takes time. If it was that easy or that fast, everybody would be BIG. Do yourself a favor and forget about steriods until you work on your diet, lift right and smart. After you have at least 3 years under your belt with a good diet and a good weight training program, don't even think about steriods.
