I want to include this in my daily health routine and no clue about the benefits of apple cider vinegar up until a few days ago.
For those that take I have a few questions for you.
1) How many times a day do you take it?
2) Do you take it before or after meals?
3) Do you measure it by teaspoon or tablespoon?
4) Is there a specific brand or type of apple cider to buy? Or any brand and type would suffice?
