Edit: I'd practice speaking but I'm at work and I'm supposed to be quiet until someone has a problem with the library computers/printer.

I have a half korean friend who grew up here and is trying to learn korean right now. He bought the rosetta stone package.
 
How is he doing? I studied in Korea for a bit and have been studying the language for about a year total. I tried Rosetta Stone and didn't like it very much. I think they came out with new levels though...

Haha... yeah to be honest though Korean is a hell of a lot more logical than English is. I'm not saying it will ever be a global language, but considering it is the only written language ever to be invented means, well, that there was some thought put into it.

I figured since we were on a casual message board and we had no idea of each other's respective ages, that ?? would be fine? You obviously think differently.
 
If you do not know the other person's age, you must always go with ???...even on a messageboard. You obviously don't know much about Koreans.

I can tell you're not a Korean FROM Korea, because usually they put things in the most polite way if they're trying to correct someone.

In retrospect, I probably should've used ??? but to be honest I've screwed that up a lot and usually it's no big deal...
