Sold my unlimited line last night. Posted it up on craigslist for $300 and got a bunch of emails pretty much right away. Didn't port out my number because google voice wanted $20 to do it. Fucking longest hold time ever for verizon aol department. Literally sat there with the guy for almost an hour on hold. Aol went easily and guy didn't even try to low ball me.

Running tmobile lte right now which has way better reception in my room and has speeds faster than verizon because it's network isn't as congested. No contract !
Are you that much of a cheapskate that you can't pay $20 to port your number to Google Voice?
Either that or I guess your number was not that important to you then...

It wasn't at the time actually. It's starting to get annoying texting people and changing up my info to all my sites now :/

So, I got in on that recent "keep unlimited upgrade glitch". If I was to sell my renewed unlimited plan to someone, what happens to the subsidized phone I just got?

I'd assume if the buyer of your unlimited plan is taking over the contract then the phone is yours to keep?

THAT would be the way to really make bank.

Say you sold the plan for $300 and then made $400 off profit of selling an iPhone 5S for example...BOOM $700 big ones for nothing.

$700 for your phone and unlimited plan, not exactly nothing. ;)
