How does one get on unemployment when they're clearly going to school in a few months and aren't looking for a long-term, full-time job?

They go to school online and still have the time to go to a full time job. It actually turned out that the online university I am attending didn't disqualify me from benefits. Although the full time job I got 3 weeks ago did

I see...I may need to do further research.

I'm leaving my current job in May, going back to school in September, and am having a tough time finding summer work.

Unemployment pay might be right up my alley :thumbsup:

I believe UI benefits are up around $400 wk. here in KY.

Benefits here are calculated by totaling your income from the 12 month period prior to the current quarter, then dividing that by 1.185% to determine your weekly benefits (Up to the Max., of course).

I've been going at it for 8 years straight, (Though I did take 2 weeks off last fall, but was moving, so that wasn't really like a vacation to me) so I would gladly welcome about 2-3 months of unemployment benefits.
