I've never had one.
The Amiga used to be my games machine when I was younger and then the PC took over.

I've often though about getting a console, but given that I can't stand using joypads it probably wouldn't get much use

I only owned a classic nintendo, the newer more ergonomic controllers actually hurt me to use

(snes onward became harder and harder to hold and use fully)

I have the orginal Atari 2600 (at my bros house, actually) and I own a PS One. That's it. I don't even play it anymore. PC all the way!!!

Atari 2600, followed by an Intellivision.... after that, I figured that the PC (my first one was an Apple II) was the way to go to much better and more complex games, and would allow me to do other (productive) stuff as well!
