Anyone here lose a decent amount of weight?

Ok. So check this out. This is what you do ok?

Go join a gym (helps a lot since it has all the equipment and convenience for you).
#1 Most crucial is the fact that you change your diet. If you eat healther and cut down on the calories, you win!
#2 Have some type of plan. Cardio for 20-30 minutes a day + lifting for various regions of your body. Lift first, then cardio afterwards. If you get bored, try to do some sports of some type for cardio.

 
I once lost 50 pounds over 4 months with just diet and exercise, but I eventually gained it all back over 2 years 🙁

Seriously... Keeping the weight off is just as hard as losing it.
 
I lost 30 pounds last summer and have tried to do the same again to cut off the college weight. I lost 15 this summer and havnt had much log losing any more of it.
 
I've lost two pounds over the last 6 months from getting <2000 calories a day...mostly from lack of motivation to eat/make anything significant for breakfast and lunch.
