Anyone here live in 'Terre Haute' Indiana??

I'm moving to Terre Haute, Indiana in the next few months (i think) just trying to get the feel for the place and see if my wife and i will like the town. From what i've read on it and everything i think that we will. She graduates from college this coming May and thats around the time we'll be moving. Just thought i'd take a shot and see if anyone from the forum lives around it, or at least been to it. ^_^

At least in Arkansas you have scenery. Now if you enjoy endless miles of cornfields and soybean fields then Indiana is for you.
 
I was there once years ago. It just seemed like another midwest college town (though I've certainly seen worse).

For the record: Terre Haute is the other rmpit of Indiana, Gary being the other.
