Just curious....do you think they have fans still in their teens, or did their fanbase age so that we're now all in our 20s??

I love Brand New and I'm in my 20's, although my fascination with them started some 8 odd years so I was in my teens. But I don't really think their new stuff appeals to the popdriven teen beat.

yeah....well their more recent cds are awful...deja entendu and yfw are absolutely awesome though.....soco amaretto I could listen to on a loop for weeks straight.

Deja Entendu is way too different from your favourite weapon to reall ybe considered the same thing, even still the devil and god is even more different. I like it. I like all their stuff. I like bands that can progress instead of just churning out cd after cd that all sound the same.

Although I must admit that the lyrics from your favourite weapon are probably some of the best lyrics I've ever heard.

absolutely. They ARE so different, that's what I like about them....they progress but the foundation is the same. It's like building beautiful additions to a house

I saw them a couple of times in college after liking most of YFW and Deja Entendu. When devil and god came out I kinda was bothered by the CD since the sound levels shift so friggin much during certain parts of songs. However after listening to it on my nice home theater opened the CD up more to me and I definitely enjoy it now.

Nothing ground breaking, first CD is decent pop, second is hit or miss on some songs, and the third is very different but I do enjoy it.
