Yup, just chop some up put it in a bowl with some a little water, butter and some herbs microwave and you got a good sidedish.

raw, boiled, fried, saurkraut (sp?), kimchi, cole slaw, cabbage rolls, corned beef and cabbage, pickled, basically anyway you can serve it, I'll eat it.

My wife loves me about two hours after I've injested a pile of it.

I like Bavarian style sauerkraut with kielbasa. Soooo tasty.
