My ex sent me a link about it because I've been acting extremely erratic lately, and the symptoms of Cyclothymia seem to be exactly what I'm experiencing.

For years I thought I was just depressed or had hypercyclic depression (every few months); but this past month I've been a total mess. And yes, I'm going to get help ASAP. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this or knows someone who has, and can offer any suggestions for dealing with it.
