Anyone here keep fish?

As the title says, Anyone her ehave an aquarium? If so what do you have, and what kind of fish?

I have several tanks ranging from 20 gallons up to 100 gallons. I have 3 piranhas an Oscar and some Texas cichlids.

If anyone is dallas wants some baby mollies let me know, we have lots.

I've got fish, saltwater that is. My girlfriend had piranhas, now she keeps saltwater and two tanks of fresh that are her mom and sisters. What kind of piranhas do you have?

Anyone know where I can get some Uaru and African Blockheads? They are both in the Cichlid family.

You've got oscars and piranhas, but can't figure out how to get rid of baby mollies???

I literally have more mollies than i can feed to the oscar. The piranha won't eat them. I put 10 mollies in there when they were a few weeks old, and now they've been in there for 2 months and not one of them has been touched.

I had a 2 piranhas years ago... the store was out of feeder goldfish, so I got large feeder guppies. 2 piranhas, 150 guppies in one tank. A week later, 2 piranhas and 150 guppies. Then, suddenly, one of the piranhas was gone... mostly. 1 piranha, a few pieces of a 2nd, and 150 guppies. I said "screw you" and refused to buy goldfish. Then, another week or so later, he ate all of the guppies within a day or two.

Just tell your piranha, "you want to eat? You'll eat what I feed you, dammit."
It's good practice for when you have kids and they want pizza every night.

Well I have kids and already know the trick, but these piranha will eat themselves before they eat these mollies, and i'm not about to let this much money and time go to waste. They eat goldfish and minnows no prob.

I just set up a 65 gallon tank myself, and I'm trying to decide what to put in it. Probably just going to set up a general comunity tank. I'd love to set up a (seperate, obviously) African Cichlid tank someday, but not now.

Do you guys have a reef aquarium or is it fish only?

A word of advice, though it may sound counter-intuitive: start with the biggest tank you can afford - not one of those 10g "starter kits". The set-up may be a bit more work, but they're easier to keep than smaller tanks, believe it or not.
