I ask because I'm new to Tampa and I wanted to know what the deal is with the ISPs. I've been shafted by my apartments whom have a T3 line yet only give us 10KBs (what? 80Kbps?) upload.
I don't need a super fast download. I get that from my apt. (5Mpbs) I'm looking for a cheap, yet speedy upstream. 50KBs is a minimum.
Am I in luck, or out of luck?
