pics?

Hhmm, this is the only picture I could find with both of us in it  And we don't really look similar due to the wildly different expressions. I'm on the bottom left - I'll leave it as an exercise to figure out who my brother is.

Bottom left as in the hoodie?

Both of my mothers are twins (no, not with each other). One was an identical twin and the other has a fraternal twin brother.

Just don't ask... "is it in yet?"

They've had very different personalities from day 1. They had their own ideas about favorite colors; we planned all the pastels for the older one and bold reds and blues for the younger one but they preferred the exact opposite as toddlers. They've never played switch on anyone and get slightly annoyed when people mix them up. They did have a few "twin" words when they were little, like names for each other and blankets, but not especially more than any other babies. No complicated twin language though, and it ended as soon as they learned to talk.

I can tell them apart by look and voice though it's hard if they're not facing me, and it's gotten harder as they've gotten older; I call them both "Sugar" or "Angel" and either will answer to that so it saves me effort. :D They know who is older, by two minutes, and it doesn't seem to matter to them much. They boss each other and fight like normal siblings. They never dress the same although they will share clothes. They play the same sports and have mostly the same group of friends.

With the different personalities, have they changed their hair or anything to look more different?

They've done different hairstyles in the past. Most memorable is the time when one got her hair cut short and the other left it long. They were about 10 and EVERYBODY thought the short haired girl was a boy! It drove her nuts. She didn't look boyish but in contrast to the long-haired sister, it was the conclusion people drew.

They have the same haircut now, more or less, with the bangs going opposite directions.

looks like the only twins in that pic is the dude in the striped shirt and the guy next to him, though they aren't identical. Their nostrils are completely different.

My sons are biologically identical but they look nothing alike (good for social reasons in our opinion). Mentioned the details in another thread for you godless.

"Ichinisan" is my twin brother (yes, registered here). Having the same initials and last name helps when sharing membership cards and such, but I recently moved to the other side of the country.

I know two identical twins, but due to one drinking lots of caffeine they are easy to tell apart now.
