Anyone here have 500GB of storage?

I got: 2x250gb 2x120gb 2x180gb so I say I have a bit more than just 500gb

2x 160 GB = 320
2x 80GB = 160
1x 40GB = 40

320 + 160 + 40 = 520gb, when its all fformatted its les obviously but close enough
thsi is all in my main comp

other ones has a 20gb and a 40gb the one dowstairs has a 60gb

ths comp was compleatly full till last week, when i whent on a DVD burning mission, went through a whole 50 DVD spindle, now its mostly free

You guys are insane. I have one 120gb(60/60 partition, one for windows/programs and the other data) that i use for normal stuff and one 60 gb for backups. Both of those are about ~60% free.

it really isnt hard, at one point i thought id never fill 40GB

6000 mp3s ~ 30 GB
34 GB of digital pics 10s of thousands
OS and programs ~ 15 GB
backup for pics and mp3s
and then 300 GB or so of videos

I only have 120GB right now... around 30GB free. I have something like 0.7GB in photos, 7GB MP3s, 11GB random downloads (anyone else keep most things they've ever downloaded? lol... i.e. mostly files under 10MB)... maybe 20-25GB games, 1.5GB website (including albums in Gallery)... and the rest random programs and such. Oh, and I have ~7GB reserved for MandrakeLinux and its partitions, plus a FAT partition to share files between the OSes.

Anyway, since I "only" have 25% free, I was considering buying some Seagate 200GB hard drives soon, 2 or 3... so I'd have 520GB or 720GB then.

yes but black mp3 players are hard to come by, i have a creative Zen Xtra, but its always in my posket

3x160 in raid 5 with an 80gig boot drive in my server. = 400GB Currently completely full.
36gig cheetah and 40gig maxtor in my main comp = 80GB
So thats 480GB just in my room

Inside theres a 120 in my moms comp, 40 in my little sisters comp and 80 in my dads laptop. So 240 GB in the house. Not including the 2 tivos.
