Anyone here ever worked at Popeye's Chicken?

Any current/former Popeye's employees care to blow the whistle on the cajun mashed potatoes recipe? Damn they're good. I can only assume they'd be even better if I could make them myself with REAL potatoes.

Must be getting too close to lunch! All I'm thinking about are those potatoes...
