I'm looking for my first job out of college and thankfully I have three headhunters and about a dozen major reigonal CIO's who I have impressed over the years making calls on my behalf. I've been getting job offers pouring in from every concievable direction.
Two that have interested me the most are the super-intense field consulting work and this one particular comany that describes itself as a startup. It seems to have a pretty solid plan with a lot of growth potential and a great market, but I was a little shocked to hear discussion that within a year, I could have as many as a dozen people reporting to me.
