Anyone here ever get ATI to give you HL2 from bundle?

I got a new 9800 back when HL2 was supposed to come out, but I never got ATI to honor the claim that I'd get a voucher redeemable for a copy of HL2. Did anyone here manage to get one from them?

This was advertised on the rack when I bought it, and ATI had a web site up that promised the same thing. I went through the motions and called them, but they never replied. If someone else who bought a BB ATI 9800 video card around 10/03 and managed to get ATI to stick to its promise, please post with your insights.

I feel gyped of $50 at this point.

No, back when I got it it was anything in the 9600 or 9800 series lines, as long as it was purchased after 10/1/03. They changed the wording on the form now, which confuses me even more. I don't know what the heck they did either, as I already mailed it in and they claim they never received it. If anyone still has a copy of the original one (I admit I didn't make a photocopy) it would help a lot.

The form I'm talking about is www.atihl2offer.com .

Mine came with the coupon inside the box. The coupon had a code you could use on STEAM (to download it) or on ATI's website (to get a boxed copy.

I remember it as being 9800xt and AIW 9600pro from the very begining, however later on partners could offer it as well. If it didn't come with the coupon in the box..it wasn't part of the offer. At no point were you to ship the actual coupon to ATI.

If you were around a year ago when it was supposed to come out, you would have seen this thread. That's what I submitted and haven't heard back from.

That's also the form I need now to point to them.

Original UPC (bar code) cut from the ATI product package,
Copy of sales receipt with the ATI?s RADEON? 9800, RADEON? 9800 PRO, RADEON? 9600 PRO, ALL-IN-WONDER® 9800 PRO 3D graphics boards, only, purchase circled and dated within offer dates

My Powercolor 9600 xt came with one. I bought it around the end of 2003. I think that was close to the end of the promotion for them on that card.
