Anyone here ever cut their eyelashes?

Much to my wife's chagrin, I have really long eyelashes. Long enough that those suckers always rub on my eye glasses and create smudges in just a few hours leaving me to constantly clean them.

Got me thinking, maybe I should cut them?

I know they usually grow back (absent some serious trauma), but has anyone here ever done it?
 
Wash your glasses and keep the scissors away from your eyes.

The fact you think about the length of your eye lashes means you are a girly girl.
 
You'll fall down a lot, they are essential to your body's ability to balance itself.

Or maybe it's toes I am thinking of. :hmm:
 
I did it a long time ago and wouldn't recommend it. The cut lashes feel like bristles and are somewhat irritating. They grew back out and I never cut them again.
 
No, but I've accidentally burned them off 3 times, once with a lighter and two times with a gas BBQ. 😀

chicks totally go nuts for long eyelashes. no way your wife is bothered by yours....unless she wants the other ladies to stay off your knob?

Lighter fluid, charcoal grill, match....that'll do it for you. Almost did that to myself once but just the eyebrows went.

I did, when I was about 6-7. Beware, everything will get brighter (you'll be surprised how much light the lashes are filtering out.) My mom wasn't too happy when she saw it either.

I did mine with some pretty big scissors
 
just get a razor and start off using the biggest size hair attachment thing, then progressively use a smaller one until your satisfied. don't start off using a size 1 or 2 or you'll be sorry.
