I just got called to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Honduras and I will be spending the next two years of my life there.....I was just wondering if anyone here has been there before and maybe they could tell me a little bit about it... Thanks!!

Oh also...does anyone not get it why almost every religion/denomination feels it is more important to do mission work in other countries while here in the US there are many who could use the help.

Na...I can't meet women there because I am there to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When I'm there I am a full time representative of our Lord and Savior, so I guess I'll be out of the whole dating scene for two years.🙂
