anyone here eat Kashi cereal?

I've had some that wasn't bad, but I tried one that my daughter was eating and it made me think that I was serving some kind of penance for being unhealthy.

 
Regular Kashi isn't that great tasting, but my gf got me started on Go Lean Crunch (the only thing she keeps for breakfast at her apt.). It isn't bad at all...and if you look at the nutrients label the stuff is like a powerbar it's got such a high protein to carb ratio. Must add a lot of soy protien or something to it - but definately better for your body than almost any other cereal.

Anyone who says it's for wimps has never done any body building...most nutritional supplements that are used to pack on muscle have that same amount of high soy protien...

The Go Lean crap tastes like tree bark, but for some reason I like Grape Nuts. My cereal of choice is Honey Nut Cheerios!
