If so, what year, model (4WD, V6, etc) and what kind of mileage do you get? I have visited some toyota forums but they are mainly dedicated to tricking out the vehicle, at this point I just want to know how drastic the mpg is from what i currently drive -- 2002 GMC Sierra V8

Gas milage isn't their strong suit....but they are comfy....I just always hated riding in the back of them...Good off roaders.
 
I only get about 16-18 in my Sierra now, I definitely dont want to go down in mpg. I would love a 4 Runner for going on backroads w/ my dogs etc (something I cant do comfortably in my non-extended cab truck).
