im trying to make my wrists more flexible by pushing them to 90 degree angles twice a day for a minute at a time...are there any other ways to improve my wrist flexibility...due to my injury im not liftin for a month or two so i can afford to have weakness in my wrists...

Also, should i just learn camoflaging techniques instead? Will i improve flexibility?
