Anyone here beat Luigi's Mansion for Gamecube?

I am on Area 3. Was just curious how long this game was(Areas)? Also before I get there is the last boss hard and how do I beat him exactly?

Haven't played it, but you want to know how to beat the last boss before you even get to him? At least give it a shot, first.

I figured 8 or so. Is Area 3,4 and 5 longer than the first 2? I havent played any of area 3 yet I saved the game after getting the key to Area 3.

a friend of mine played it through ...
the last boss is a bithc he told me ...

... behind the house there is a well you can climb into ... and down in the well you can look into the cellar and there you see Mario (and the last boss??)

this game was real easy to beat. Last guy took a while though, you just gotta learn the strategy how to beat him then it's easy. The only problem is that it takes so long to finally beat him, i think he resurrects himself like 3 times.

I beat that game about 2 weeks after I got it. The last guy is pretty hard. I don't remember how many areas there are. I know that one of the hardest things to do is to beat all the ghosts on the top of the mansion. There are around 25 of them and the more of them you catch the harder it gets.

I love that game!

Hehe good one. I finnally beat the game and was looking to have to fight him 3 times but didnt have to. Once is all. I beat him on the 3rd try without reading anything on how to beat him. First 2 trys I had problems with the head that came off throwing ice at you. Then found all you have to do is listen for him to get ready to throw it at you just start backing up half way on the anolog stick. The boos on the side of the house was the hardest to do. But all in all this game was cake to complete. I only had to look at the walkthrough once and that was on the twins room. I didnt know how to make them apear.

the game took me 4 days to beat. i don't like to buy these games b/c after i beat them, i dont' play them anymore. so i just rent them... anyways... to beat the boss, i remember something to do with the vaccuum. you have to suck up one of the three things he throws at you with your vaccuum and release whatever it was at the ghost by letting go. this freezes him up for a bit and then you suck the hell out of him with your vaccuum. i don't remember exactly but it's actually fun trying to figure out yourself how to beat him. enjoy...
