Anyone here bank with USAA?

How do you go about withdrawing large amount of money as cash when they don't have a physical branch in your state?

Yea and get charged a ridiculous amount for fees and possibility of getting robbed right when you exit?



Notice check cashing place, pawn shops, pay day lender, rent a center, are always located in the ghetto.

I believe you can link your USAA bank account with another one (e.g. Bank of America). You can just transfer funds to your other bank and withdraw locally. Hopefully that works.

Like chiza said. Just open an account at a bank local to you. Transfer money to your local bank account. USAA transfers money quickly but you'll have to find out how quickly your local bank will credit it so you can withdraw cash.

Yeah, I would just open an account at a local bank. I haven't done this yet because I haven't had the need to withdraw a ton of money, but that seems like the easiest option.

I always just go to ATMs.
USAA does refund a certain amount per month for ATM fees.
