In the US you must work a minimum of 30 hours per week to he considered a full time employee, and thus still eligible for full time benefits.
Does anyone here do this? I'm thinking I wouldn't mind reducing to 75-80% salary for 4 days a week of work... and if you did, is/was it worth it? Or did you end up frequently getting dragged into those extra 8 hours due to meetings, deadlines, etc?
