Anyone heard of Strada scooters?

Was looking for a good deal on a 150cc scooter and found this. Anyone heard of it? I'm looking to spend between $1K-$1500 for an almost new and decent looking scooter.

first its not freeway legal. - it needs to be 175cc to be freeway legal. You will also need atleast an M1 cert or an M2 cert to ride this legally.

I have seen strada being sold elsewhere, but i think its an american company. Not italian. I will check however. It looks good, questoin is it good?

I'm very tempted to get it based on the price. Here's a review:

Good Points
Roomy, comfortable, powerful enough in traffic. Great looking motorcycle.

Bad Points
Cheap hardware, cheap manufacturing methods, Minor rattles and shakes, some minor loose bolts out of crate. Cheap unbalanced stock tyres ride like they are made of plastic.

General Comments
I just bought a Strada RX150 for $1299 as opposed to $2000 Vento Phantom 150. It is the same thing with different stickers, even the wheels have the Vento name stamped on them. Out of crate this thing gets up and goes. Although it shows signs of cheapness, I am still impressed and proud to own and drive this vehicle. Since I am a decent mechanic, the minor hardware looseness, and rattle issues can be easily overcome. First thing I did was get rid of cheapo stock engine and trans oil. My next move is to buy some good name brand tyres and have them installed and balanced by a MC shop. I am looking into better exhaust system but am finding adding HP means adding sound and I like its quiet operation now. Big bore kits available soon also providing better acceleration, hopefully they are not too overpriced.

Maybe I should look into a Vespa...
