Anyone hear MC Hammer's newest cd?

I'm not even sure how I stumbled across this. His latest cd is called Look Look Look (or Look 3x), and even though it was released in 2006, amazon doesn't even have it listed. His myspace page has a few songs up, so take a listen when you have a chance.

I could put out better hip hop music than that. Isn't music the type of thing you shouldn't get worse at over time. It's not like pro sports where you get old, how does someone lose the ability to rap?

You can get too old to do anything. Look at KarenMarie still gamely trying to post these days.

I did not realize you spent so much time paying attention to what I post.

I think we have to really analyze the past. Was his music really good then either? hahaha.

Hammer was never that good, but I suppose his first album was different enough at the time it was listen able. I've love rap since '83 and Hammer's best sucked to me. I'd imagine today he is even worse, and the new album is probably only for sale on his Myspace or somesh!ts like iTunes.

At the time it wasn't too shabby. He only had a few hits. He was one of the first to Mainstream Hip Hop/Rap into Pop Culture. He was also high energy and just a crazy dancer that played well on video. Just a flash in the pan though, which kinda sucks for him, but all too common for Pop "Musicians".
