If you wanted to promote something, why not go to the King of all Media and the greatest radio show in the history of mankind?

all self-proclaimed, of course.

....I thought no one listened to his "tits on the radio" show since moving to satellite?

I'd like to know who performed your lobotomy. HS is the king of all crap and to say that Lady Gagaaa has an incredible voice AND talent? Wow, the surgeon really took too much ...

but that's all pretty much true.

wtf do you consider music?

I don't really listen to her pop shit, but she certainly does have serious skills.

The only reason that particular medium still exists is because of him. They didn't jsut resign him for another huge contract because nobody listens.

but it's pretty much the worst piece of crap show ever

not that its popularity is in any way surprising, of course.

I thought it was a pretty good interview and she does have a good voice. I didn't know she writes all her songs.

haha, it seems that to qualify for hating lady Gaga one simply has to know nothing about her.

Huh wow... That was impressive, very heartfelt performance

Guess I wont bash Gaga anymore after this, but its a shame she does that shitty pop crap instead of more stuff like this

And you would be wrong. She really was that good. Just her playing the piano and singing solo. Amazing.
No, she wasn't that good. She was good, to be sure, but believe me when I tell you it isn't that hard to write a song where 75% of the words are simply repeating "the edge" over and over and over again, or turning "hanging on a moment of truth" (whatever that means) into "hanging on a moment with you" (whatever that means).

She can sing, sure. I appreciate that she writes her own music and lyrics which is something almost all the other pop tarts can't say. Still, the songs aren't particularly creative. The music is pretty standard pop arrangements and the lyrics are sadly very trite.

I guess I'm not as easily amazed.

Name a more successful current mainstream artist that has equal or greater talent.

Didn't care for either song, but once again LG shows that despite her theatrics with the Meat Dresses, Bubble outfits, and Egg chair, she's an exceptional Talent unlike most of her peers.

Not to be confrontational--who would you consider to be an amazing artist/musician?

I didn't know Stern was still on the radio. I thought that format died with Mancow in the 90's.

I really don't get all the hate. Yea she's a bit overboard with some of the theatrics, but she's a great singer and pretty damned good songwriter.

Howard said she was one of the best live musical performances ever on his show and he's had pretty much everyone throughout the years. She really does have an amazing voice and talent.

i've been saying this forever and even posted this on ATOT and got ridiculed by everyone.
but when stern says it, all of a sudden it's accepted.

She's a decent (not spectacular in my opinion) singer who can play an instrument. That's rare in the pop world, and I give her kudos for that. I think she even writes her own songs, or at least more so than most pop singers who are just glorified karaoke singers who are created to look a certain way and push an image.

With that said I think her music is still your average cookie cutter pop garbage. But, at least she appears to actually be a musician, I guess, even if I don't care for her music.

Lady Gaga is essentially a much better version of Madonna

Good voice but when she tries to sing out of her range... ugh. Also the pop crap she does is not to my liking.

The OP on Howard Stern, it's the same 3 notes on a piano with her singing the hook over and over. Yeah she has a powerful voice but it was meh.

He is actually a better singer than 99% of "pop" musicians.

I've always thought she had talent and in general I like her music. But every interview I've ever watched of her has left me thinking the same thing, she is bat shit crazy.

I agree with you on both counts. She's VERY talented... but also completely nuts.
