Anyone having trouble with newegg.com?

This thread is so unworthy. An isolated blip on Newegg's server and suddenly they're the next Monarch Computers? Calm down. Did you try, I don't know... calling them?

hmm, placed an order to see if there system was as fvcked up as you said they were. Everything seems alright, order shipped in less than 24 hours.

maybe you placed the order on another account you have?

I ordered a bunch of parts on Thursday and one didn't ship until yesterday. They sent it next day air to make sure it got to me on time without any action on my part.

$125,937.83 worth of stuff ordered from them and I've never been shorted any parts and the 3 or 4 times I had dead parts they have always fixed it without any problems.

Exact same thing happening to me. I placed an order on Friday payment via Paypal and when I logged into my paypal account today there was a newegg transaction. What gives?

I don't know but it isn't anything to do with newegg. I tried a few other companies last night and can't pay by PayPal. Get a message telling me to choose another payment method. Myaddress is correct and I have more than enough money in my account.

I can donate money with no problems and I have paid for eBay purchases also.

I called PayPal at 4 A.M. today and I might have been better off talking to a wall. They have apparently outsourced their CS to a non English speaking country.

This is sad.

Me too. Whenever they change the layout it always gets worse. I think some web guys are desperately trying to justify their jobs.

Have only had one issue and it was kind of recent. I thought I was ordering the DVD version of a game and recieved the CD version. Have had a little difficulty getting it exchanged but overall they take care of me and are allowed this one slip up.

It's been a while since the last change, right? I hate their changes, just adds images and unneeded stuff. Keep it simple, I'm coming to order computer parts, not for interior design articles. 😛
