As the title says. I keep getting BSOD's when running, specifically Ghost. My system is completly stable otherwise.

Works fine for me. The only issue I had was telling ghost to reboot into ghost on my SATA RAID0 array. What is your hardware?

I am running an IC7-G with 2 raptors in RAID 0 in the IC5HR and 2 WD 120gig on a promise PCI raid controller in RAID 1. I was going to try and ghost my raptors but as soon as I click on backup from the systemworks menu I get a BSOD and instant reboot. There are not events in the event log to help troubleshoot. I did not try anything else from the system works (well except for the NAV which runs automatically). I then uninstalled systemworks to avoid anymore problems.

Norton uses a lot of scripts and crap to make there control center to work in System works, I always got script errors and weird behavior. I would try Ghost from floppies as was suggested.

Thanks I will try that. But I'm not sure if it will recognize my disks with a raid array

O.k I searched all over the system works CD and found no info on creating floppies. Is there a better program that is out there that will alow me to get a good backup? I see alot of posts on the Symantec message boards that say their images are bad when they go to restore them.

I haven't used 2003, but with 2002 there was something like a "Boot Wizard" that would create boot floppies. That's worked fine for me with XP - verified the images and all.

I thought I read on symantec's site that raid was not officially supported by ghost.

Thats what I was thinking. Is there any solution out there that I can use to back up my drives?
