I've been looking at this for video capture/editing. Anyone care to share their opinion(s) on it?

Are u using the internal or external one? The Dazzle Digital Video creator I'm using right now is a USB Ext type. It's not bad but it need a PIII CPU at least 500 in order to operate or else it will sometimes hang. The internal version one will sometime cause hanging most often depending on your CPU. Using the Ext USB one, i'm able to convert 2 hr video into 1.7 G file plus u install the software in a large hard disk.

Also while editing video, i find that there always a 'jagged' line at the bottom, i only can 'kill' it off by using ULead Mediastudio Pro 6. Just 'cropping' it. The software is quite user-friendly.

I recently purchased the Belkin USB Video Bus and everytime I would try to capture video from my Sony 8mm camcorder, my system would shut down and reboot. I returned the unit after speaking to Belkin tech support and purchased the Dazzle Video Creator. I have been able to capture video in the initial effort but upon trying to recapture the same video(for better try) my system shut down again and rebooted after the capture was 95% done. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but the Dazzle seems to be a little more stable than the Belkin.
If anyone has any suggestions as to a remedy for my problem please forward them through this thread.
