Anyone have the SB Audigy notebook yet?

The sales dork at creative at CES was showing a game demo where one laptop used internal sound and another that used the audigy notebook pcmcia card. The latter game ran much more smoother (without sound choppiness) and I'm wondering if that's true or not. Knowing what Creative did in their past demos, I'm kind of iffy on whether this is actually true.
 
Sounds like they set it to EAX2 mode or such - something that most guys wouldn't do anyway.

Unless you happen to have Good headphones and a picky set of ears.

Or a massive surround sound system.
