what it does is you run it and any hidden (*******) passwords are shown instead of being encrypted and/or replaced by *'s. iirc there were two types of these, one was more or less a keylogger and the other one basically just cracks the encryption on the password.

Got my folks new system up and am trying to transfer all the data from one to the other.

Go with the program Snitch...it works really simple. Or if you meant that you need to find out your old passwords go to www.astalavista.box.sk and you can check that place out...im feelin lazy so i didn't link it
