Anyone have T-mobile?

I can't get through to t-mobile customer support. Also I can't get to their website.
Anyone know what's going on? Do I need to look for a new carrier?

I can get on their site no problem....and I've had TMobile for about 6 years now, and I'd say no, you don't need a new carrier.

Also, about 90% of our systems are down right now. As soon as they are restored I can get pricing.

OK, well i can get to the site now.
After some googling, I found out that their Data center in Seattle area got flooded sometime yesterday.

That makes sense, it has rained about 10 inches in the last day or so. I-5 is closed with a 200 mile detour.

i tried paying my bill today. the girl said i could pay with check/cc over the phone, or just wait, because they are not penalizing people for lateness.

for what it's worth, i'm much happier with t-mobile than vzw, in every single way.
