Anyone have Road Runner in NYC?

I just got back from college and want to send e-mails from my e-mail accounts, but I have no clue what the outgoing mail servers for road runner in NYC are. I looked on the RR site and could not find anything. Thanks.

i'm movin into nyc soon, does Road Runner cap their ustomers at all?
i'm tired of having to monitor my upstream with Cablevision now.

mostly true... i noticed if i am uploading near 15 to 20k, half my upstream bandwidth, my downstream is seriously capped.. i was seeing my 5mb connection cut to about 2mb. I was seeing tracerts and ping times about double and triple what they are when i'm not uploading..
