anyone have problems with rebates from Office Depot?

i am thinking about jumping on a deal from Office Depot, but someone mentioned that the company (Express Group) that handles OD rebates sux. that is making me a little hesitant to get in on the deal. has anyone ever tried to redem an OFfice Depot mail in rebate? how was your experience?

I have never dealt with them in particular, but I have done a lot of rebate purchases. If what you heard is true (about them being iffy), I would verify that one of the $30 rebates will actually accept a UPC photocopy. I have sent in UPC photocopies and have never had a problem, but you never know.
