I'm interested in both cases, but I'm hoping someone has a pic of either case next to your run-o-the-mill mid-tower(like an A500). Or if you just want to show off your system, go for it. Inside and out would be nice.

I've been thinking of getting the Antec 1030b (black case) for a while. I still love my case now , the black hydraulic case. Alienware uses them for all their computers, but mine is self-built. Anyway, its a dark black and matches my black floppy drive and black cdrom exactly. I read that the 1030b wasn't as black as most black parts. Anyone wish to comment on if this is true.

yea i saw a review and posted something about that here about that... they said the case was like a greyish black... but it doesnt matter the door thing will cover it anyway

That's correct, it's not totally black, but I wouldn't call it gray at all either. Let's just say... it's a light black... or really really really dark gray.

That price seems about right. I've seen it for $104 w/o shipping. Onvia had it for like $75.00 or $80.00 a while back but the promotion or sale is over now. Bummer. I'm looking to get a 1030B case - its the only case I like as much as the one I got now. Just dont want to spend $100+ on a case.
