i can tell you right now that will be total crap. First off its all aluminum; copper is much better. Second any "all in one" solution that costs less then just a gpu waterblock alone cant be that good: http://www.petrastechshop.com/swmcgpuwa.html

The 7600gt puts out 67W and from the reviews i saw the coolmaster cooler kept them at 45C. The new 8800 series puts out at least 185W. So if you an old, low heat video card this cooler might be worth it.
