The outside look and the fan mounting on the outside looks just like an iCute. I bet it's the same PSU, but rebadged and with wire wrap. Just a guess.

there is a wire comming out that looks like it should plug into one of the mobo fan plugs...there are only 2 fans on the psu and both run w/out this plugged in...wtf is it for?
