Anyone have laser vision correction ?

I have been contemplating this for some time . Prices have dropped quite a bit , but I still worry mostly about long term effects . Any feedback ?

I haven't had it (because I don't need it) but my friend did. He had horrible vision. He had it done about 2 years ago and hasn't worn glasses for anything since.

My ex-wife had it, changed her life. She could read the clock on the wall 5 min after surgery (she had 200-300? vision before). She has had 20/20 or better ever since, been a couple years now.

Her only regret is that she did not do it sooner.

Educate yourself about the doctor performing the procedure and the possible risks first...

I have been thinking about that a lot . As long as I don't get an ex wife I can probably afford it

I have thought about it and would like to do it but im worried about the long term effects. At this point nobody knows if there are any.
