Anyone have experience with shipping medicine?

Cliff notes: I need to send some medicine to someone in another country. They're a US citizen, have proper prescriptions and everything, and they need to stay longer than they planned. They brought plenty extra for just this, but it's been extended quite a bit.

I'm going to ask Fedex before sending it, but wanted to know if anyone has done this before and what their experience was.

Just pack it well and do it. You don't need to declare what is in the package.
