Anyone have experience with Mach Speed motherboards?

I was looking at a Mach Speed Venom V2DP w/XP 3000 combo from Tigerdirect. At $80 after rebates, the price is right... but I've never even heard of Mach Speed. This will be a secondary computer that will basically just sit there, so 3d performance and OC capability isnt really an issue.
 
i would get an asrock if your looking for a cheap motherboard. as far as i know they are a devision of asus and asus is known for there stability. ive seen mach speed motherboards at frys and ive seen people return alot of them as well as ecs boards.
