i sent them an email and they do have web access!
$10/month for 10GB transfer....very nice! I think I'll try them out when my EasyNews subscription is about to run out next month.

sent another email...17 days right now...around 30 days by the end of the month
 
I still think Giganews for $11.99/month for 12GB is a better deal...more reliable (they don't have issues as reported on the front page of newshosting.com)
