Yes. I bought a case, the guy shipped it, it got to within an hour of my house, stopped, mysteriously started backtracking. I called them and was like 'WTF" and they were all like 'OMG' and I was 'STFU' then they're like 'Teh package is borken!!!!'111' and I'm like 'Stop posting (R)' then they're like '???????' then I hung up. I consulted with the guy who sent it, and we agreed that I'd get it delivered despite the damage, and if it was unacceptable I'd mark it RTS. I called them back, the lady said she'd have it delivered to me, and it'd be there withing 2 days. I check FedEx 2 days later, it says it was delivered. I go around the house looking for this package, wondering if somebody signed for it and hid it somewhere... pretty hard to hide a big full tower case... I check fedex, it was delivered to him! I tell him, he says he didn't get it... he figures out that it's at his local distribution center... he goes to pick it up, the package is fine- there's a screw that fell out and was rattling around, no real damage at all. I call FedEx and wonder why they delivered to him when I asked for it to be delivered to me, they say it's policy for the local shipping center to decide.
So pretty much, they charged him $35 to take his case across the nation and remove a screw. No damage to file for.
