Anyone have any experience with Zip.ca?

My friend's been using it, and so far he's satisfied with it. That's about all I know. He says the turn-arounds pretty good, although he lives in Toronto, so that most likely has something to do with it.

I tried the 2 week trial. About a 4-5 day turn around for the disks (also in Toronto). Was it just bad luck on my side or poor handling my the postal service, but of the 6 disks I had during the trial, 2 were cracked. They wanted me to pay for the damaged disks, but after like a week of complaining, they took the loss. This experience was like 6 months ago, so who knows how much the service has changed since.
