Link?

I have a phone/PPC, while the MPx220 is fairly large, it's still smaller than my current setup.

I use notes extensively as well as contacts.

Imagine how much you'd love it if you got a smartphone that didn't suck... :p

Which one do you like?

The MPX220 got a bad rap because it had a volume issue because Cingular decided it would start shipping the phones with version .33 firmware or something. The firmware I have now is 1.47 and it works great.

Pocket Notepad

Also, the MPX220 has a horrible default layout. If you get it, you'll probby wanna reorganize things.. change shortcuts, default homescreen, add ringtones, add simplified wallpapers (I like plain white or black).. and change Explorer shortcuts to go to useful mobile sites.

But, it can be used as an mp3 player if you get a large miniSD card and a good Motorola to 3.5mm headphone adapter. (The Motorola headphones are CRAP)

I usually do everything from MS Outlook and then just sync it with my phone. Though, it isn't hard to add new appointments or tasks from the phone.
