son of a bitch! these things must go pretty quick or something. that one i was going to check out this weekend isn't on the website anymore 🙁

this is like the third one i've been interested. they are always just too far that i can't go check them out during the week and have to wait until the weekend.
 
Yeah, the cars are much in demand. The G35/37 have great resale value. I have a 2008 G37 journey (not the S) coupe with all the options minus the wood paneling. I do have the premium, sport and tech packages in the car although it's an automatic. I bought it for a steal when I first got it. It's still an amazing car and I love it but I'm thinking that I'd like to get something with even more hp in the future.
 
I hope you find one. For this gen, I love both the sedans and the coupes.

There is about 6-7 sedans at my work's parking lot, and about 1-2 coupes.

They taunt me when I take lunchtime walks. Very attractive cars.

-I couldn't care less that there tons of these. It doesn't take anything away from how cool they are.

yup I have looked there, and it's pretty much the same stuff that I found listed on the other sites that are just a compilation of the diffferent sales out there, like cars.com and autotrader.

but since i'm not in a desperate need of a car this second, i'm going to wait until i find one that i actually want and is the kind i want.
 
They sell fast, but more constantly arrive. I was told by an Infiniti salesman 70% of new ones are on leases.

Downside of the nav, its not garmin. Upside, dedicated antenna doesn't really have sat issues

i personally don't care about the nav at all (or the rear camera and HDD featuers that come with the package) so i'd prefer to get one without it to save 1 or 2 thousand dollarss.

there is a silver/black one that is about 125 miles from me, at a carmax. they said they could have it transferred closer to me, possibly for free. i may give them a call about it later.

i just personally am not sure how i feel about carmax. i've never used them for anything, and i even have a friend who works at one and him personally said he sees quite a bit of returns come to him he told me. said he's seen quite a bit of lemons there. also i wonder why that person traded their car to carmax instead of elsewhere. but then again, i've heard carmax does give you quite a bit more money than other places, for your car.

I bought a Chevy Malibu LTZ with a 3.6 v6 from Carmax.
I had reservations about going there, but I'm glad I did. There are things that go against them like rental cars and fleet vehicles that I would shy away from.
But that is something as a g37 buyer, you wouldn't have to worry about. 9/10 I bet they are lease returns. I believe that my car is lease return as well.
I ended up getting the extended warranty and I optioned for 125k in coverage. As far as extended warranties go, it's legit. Despite my reservations about these things, I'm glad I got it.
My LY7 motor has a tendency to slip timing chains. My warranty has all timing gear covered. They also directly pay GM dealers to fix it. I only loose my deductible. Which is 300.
They also will fix non-covered parts that is damaged if a covered part causes the failure.
You may want to talk to your friend that works there to get feedback on the warranty.
I think premium vehicles like Infiniti's are a sound buy from Carmax. I wanted an Escape, but those are rent a car favorites.

SSSSOOOOOO nice... I want it so bad! only thing is they were giving me dick for my trade in where it's for sale. i have a VW i'm trading in, and this was being sold at a VW dealership. they offered me jack shit for my car, even though it was a 20th anniversary limited edition, only 4k made.

they did say they will match carmax thogh, and i took it to carmax right after and they offered me $1500 more. but i still think i can get more than that for it private sale so i'm goign to see if I can get rid of my car private sale in the near future. hopefully that doesn't sell either but with my luck it will.
