Anyone have an HDMI adapter for Wii?

i just grabbed a preowned wii from gamestop (yes even after shitting on the wii for the past years, there are still a couple games that i would like to play), and i would like to hook it to my monitor that i have my ps3 and 360 hooked to.

yes, i know i won't get anything higher than 480p from the wii and it won't be HD or anything. i simply want to be able to connect it to my monitor. i COULD use vga, but reading some reviews of VGA cables they seem to go black randomly (which happened with my 360 hooked to my monitor VGA before i bought an HDMI 360).

so does anyone have any experience with them?

i'm looking at this one right now since i have a $25gc at amazon.

If you register the Wii at Nintendo.com you will get a 30 or 90 day Warranty. Last I recall.

well i tested it out the past couple days. looks great on my monitor. it's just 480p so nothing special, but it looks crisp as could be.

there is a switch to change between 1080p and 720p, but i can't tell a different between the two. i have no idea which is which.

no gripes here.
